OUR BOOKING PROCESS
1. CONNECT WITH US.
It's easy, just BOOK A CONSULTATION and then complete our TRAVEL INQUIRY FORM to get started!
2. RESEARCH AND REVIEW.
We will reach out to go further into detail about your trip. We will discuss the information you submitted on your travel inquiry form and any additional excursions, romantic reservations, luxury spa & salon appointments, and any other must-haves. This allows us to send you a perfectly designed travel proposal that you will receive in your email.
3. MAKE IT YOUR OWN.
This part gives you the final say so and an outlook on your dream vacation. Once we've received your proposal approval you will submit your deposit information to lock in all of the reservations and arrangements we have completed for you.
3. LET'S GET YOU ON YOUR WAY!
Around one month prior to travel, you will receive our "Get Ready For Your Trip" that will remind you of your trip and contain all of your comprehensive travel documents that will contain important need-to-know information before departure.
OUR BOOKING FEES
BOOKING FEE PER PERSON
$50
This fee is per person and is require as it also helps to save your booking quote for 72 hours prior to paying your deposit.
Only a deposit locks in your spot. Prices are subject to change until a deposit is made.
***Flights are purchased separately OR paid in full. Payment Plans for flights are available, but are based on credit.***

TRAVEL RETAINER FEE (5-10 people)
$80
This fee is charged to research all destinations prior to booking. We do require an initial retainer fee based on amount of people to research travel accommodations and send quotes.
This listing is for up to 5-10 people that are traveling.

BOOKING INFORMATION CHANGE FEE (per person)
$50
This fee is charged to change any information about your booking that is done after a booking has been finalized. Information such as personal information, rooms, flights, excursions, adding additional activities, etc. Please remember to call or text asap to change anything about your booking. Recommend 3 months before departure.
***TRIPS UNDER 45 DAYS FROM DEPARTURE MUST BE CALLED IN OR TEXT TO ME TO START THE PROCESS OF MAKING ANY CHANGES!***

COMPLETE YOU TRAVEL INQUIRY FORM FOR YOU DURING A CONSULTATION

This service and fee is to have us complete the travel inquiry form for you during a scheduled consultation call that you will schedule here.
A Credit Card Authorization Form will be emailed to you after completion of form to pay research & planning fee that is based on total number of travelers, deposit, and also the booking fee per person.

CANCELLATION FEE
(per person)
$25
This fee is charged to call each vendor and suppliers to cancel your trip. This process can range from 2-3 hours depending on the number of people that booked. Every aspect of any money paid, which items are eligible for refunds, and any additional steps needed to fully cancel the booking.
